Lightening talks
- Talks must stay under 5 minutes — the schedule is tight, so we’ll cut talks off that overrun
- Please email your slides to Ramiz Qussous @ramizqussous [email address omitted here] because we will control all talks from one local machine so speakers can switch quickly
- Monday lightning talks: please send your slides by Monday, 08:00 (CEST)
- Tuesday lightning talks: please send your slides by Monday, 14:00 (CEST)
Event catering
We’ll provide coffee, tea and snacks during the coffee breaks, a free lunch, including one beverage, and drinks and snacks at the open bar on Monday afternoon.
We won’t provide drinks at other times, so please bring your own water bottle or alternatively buy something at the canteen nearby.
Dinner reservations
We have reserved places at four different restaurants in Freiburg for dinner on Monday evening at 20:00 (CEST). Please note that you will need to cover your own costs for the dinner.

The organizers will form groups for the different locations according to your answers in the survey and these groups will be communicated on Monday during the workshop.
