Hello fellow openmod people,

we are doing a quick survey on software development in our community. The survey aims to understand the current landscape of software tools, programming languages, and development practices in energy systems analysis. The target group of this survey are people that are actively developing any kind of software in the energy system domain. Your responses will help to provide a better understanding of the current state of this field. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. I thank you in advance for your contribution.

Hello everyone,

the survey about “Practices and Tool Preferences in Energy System Modelling” has already received about 150 responses from our community with already very interesting results.

If you haven’t participated yet: this 10-minute survey is still open until end of this week, Sunday November 9th. Please consider contributing.

We will prepare a presentation and share all the results with the community.
