Setting values for solver warm start

Hi there,

is it possible to set values in oemof for a warm start of the solver (cplex or gurobi) in the investment optimisation mode. I know the “existing” parameter is useful here, but unlike that, my warm start value does not have to be the existing value. It is just a recommendation for the solver.

I have been working on something like this a while ago unfortunately but did not succeed. I would welcome you to join the topic at Introduce parameter “expected” for Flows by p-snft · Pull Request #814 · oemof/oemof-solph, so we might make it possible in the future.
