Dear openmod community,
at Deggendorf Institute of Technology we currently have an opening for aspiring doctoral candidates focussing on international projects in the Water-Energy-Food Nexus in Southern Africa.
The exact orientation of the research will be strongly oriented towards the applicants own interests and strengths but is in the direction of the conceptual design of energy systems (solar, biomass) using open source optimisation and simulation methods.
Remuneration is paid in accordance with the provisions of the TV-L and is assessed according to pay group 13 TV-L if the recruitment requirements are met. The position is full time but part-time options can be discussed.
