Myself and Fredrik Hedenus at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg are looking for a modeller to work on assessing carbon management for achieving emissions targets in the European energy system.
The European Commission is currently working on a carbon management strategy for the EU. Renewable carbon is a valuable resource that can be utilised for products such as fuels and plastics or sequestered for negative emissions. An aim within this project is to identify resilient strategies for competing carbon usage options.
