Photographs from the KTH workshop in March 2025

Here are some photographs that were taken during the 19th openmod workshop in kth-stockholm in March 2025.

The workshop was held at the KTH - Royal Institute of Technology, hosted by the Division of Energy Systems.

With more than 60 researchers from more than 15 countries, it was an opportunity for working towards open, transparent and inclusive energy modelling.

Each session was shaped by the participants.

Many challenges such as limited access to data, non-open source tools, and institutional barriers were tackled both in theory and practice.

The discussions were driven by lighting talks or poster sessions, where each participant had the opportunity to present on-going research, challenges and future work.
