In conventional powerplant holder agents: what happens if ‘BlockSize’ is defined as same as ‘InstalledPower’? How is efficiency assigned in that a case?
The attribute ‘BlockSize’ allows you to divide ‘InstalledPower’ in blocks with different efficiencies. The efficiencies are interpolated between their minimum and maximum value and then assigned to the blocks. If only one block is built (in the case 0 < InstalledPowerInMW <= BlockSizeInMW), the average value of minimum and maximum efficiency is assigned to that block.
