Fully funded PhD position at Danish Technical University (DTU) near Copenhagen

The Division for Climate and Energy Policy at DTU Management offers another PhD position in the Energy Economics and Modelling (EEM) section in the suburban area of beautiful Copenhagen, Denmark. :biking_woman: :hotdog: :bike: :ferry: :biking_man: :denmark:

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated economist or (industrial) engineer interested in participating in cutting-edge research on bidding strategies in coupled European power markets using modelling tools, such as optimization, and data science methods. Your PhD project will focus on modelling and analysing European power markets, especially assessing market actors’ bidding behaviour in these markets.
