I am looking for freely available data on commissioning dates of wind power plants in China. I need them for all installed parks if possible, so it is not an option to collect them one by one for each park.
Best would be a combination of dates + locations, but the latter are available in the Global Power Plant Database (http://datasets.wri.org/dataset/globalpowerplantdatabase).
The only source I know of which has these data is The Wind Power (thewindpower.net) but they are quite costly.
I would be grateful for some help!
Also, data from other countries are welcome, especially outside of Europe
