- GCAM : Joint Global Change Research Institute (JGRI)
- MESSAGEix : International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA)
- REMIND : Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK)
- WITCH : European Institute on Economics and the Environment (EIEE)
There used to be little overlap between energy system models and IAMs but that gap is clearly closing these days.
