With the most basic guidelines being:
- inform about the workshop idea with a 2 weeks window at least, by using a forum post, disclose the organising affiliation/location and potential co-hosting
- if no objections or requirements are voiced, the workshop is confirmed
- add workshop to this list at some point Open Energy Modelling Initiative - Wikipedia
